- 75g self raising flour
- 1 heaped tbsp/ 20g Misfits vanilla protein powder
- 200ml oat milk
- 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1tsp baking powder
- Vanilla essence drops
- Coconut oil for frying
Toppings
- Dairy free whipped cream
- 2x Misfits Birthday Cake Bar
- Strawberries
- Sprinkles
Method
Mix together and fry on a medium heat pan with coconut oil and flip when bubbles appear on the surface.
Once cooked, stack them up, cut out a hole and fill with cream, strawberries and Misfits Birthday Cake Protein Bar chunks.
