Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered. Our carriers are always doing their best to get your order to you, so make sure you keep an eye on your tracking link for the latest updates.
If you have not received your order after the estimated time frame, please contact us through info@misfits.health with your order number so we can investigate the situation.
If you are unavalible at the time of delivery the courier will deliver your order on the next working day. Please check your tracking number for status updates.

If you have received a damaged item, please send us your order information and clear images of the item to info@misfits.health. Please don’t send your damaged item back to us until you have been in touch with us.
It is very unusal for our warehouse to pick the wrong item when packing your order. If you have recived the wrong item please send us a image of what you have recived to info@misfits.health and we will resolve this for you.
Our team work round the clock to get your orders picked, packed and sent out to you ASAP, so it can be very difficult to make changes once an order has been processed. drop us an email at info@misfits.health as soon as possible after placing your order and we'll help if we possibly can.
Sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your order with us. We work very quickly to get orders dispatched and can't always cancel them in time. Send us an email to info@misfits.health and we'll see what we can do. If you still no longer wish to keep your items once they have arrived, you can return the items. Your order confirmation email should arrive soon after you placed your order, but please allow up to an hour. It may have been sent to your junk mail if it is not in your inbox.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our original protein bars and wafers are gluten free, however our new and softer recipes are not currently gluten free due to other ingredients handled in the manufacturing environment. Our team are working hard to make gluten free a possibility for the new bars and hope to have this in place very soon!
As pregnancy can be different
for everyone, we recommend checking with your doctor or healthcare practitioner on whether a product is suitable for you while pregnant or breastfeeding. They will be able to advise based on your individual needs taking into account any medical history, conditions or circumstances unique to you.

Our new and softer bars are all
certified Kosher (under Chief rabbi Kotel Da-Don).
Our products are not currently
certified as Halal, however our products are plant-based and suitable for those
following a Halal or alcohol-free diet.
All of our recipes are vegan, however some of our manufacturing facilities do handle dairy which means there may be a risk of cross contamination. Please check the individual product pages for full allergen information.
