You scream, we all scream for... Cookies 'n' Cream Baked Oats! (Doesn't have the same ring to it, but here we are).
THIS high protein, tasty AF recipe is what you need in your life to start off your day or even end your night...
Ingredients:
45g oats
30g misfits cookies and cream protein powder
~150ml plant milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp plant based yoghurt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 oreo for topping
2 squares dark chocolate for the middle
Method
- preheat oven to 180°c/ gas 4
- blend your ingredients together
- add to a ramekin
- put the chocolate in the middle and cover it, then add the oreo on top before baking
- bake for about 20-25 minutes, depending how cakey you want it
- leave to cool and then tuck in!
